Tedro provides a multi-client messaging and workflow platform designed for agencies and teams managing multiple client accounts. Our Services include communication management, AI agents, workflow automation, CRM integrations, and related tools accessible through our platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or booking a demo.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications through the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design, are owned by Tedro and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents from your end users.

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, or CRM systems). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. Tedro is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tedro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform. You may stop using the Services at any time.
